"We ate lunch there. The food was very good. I was super excited to have a bison burger. It was delicious! My husband really enjoyed the beer. I waitress was from Russia. She was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this brewery. 😊"

"We came hungry and left with trust issues. Where to start… The roasted beet salad sounded great on paper, but unfortunately the pork belly listed on the menu was apparently more of a suggestion than an actual ingredient, because it never made an appearance. The churrasco steak was ordered medium rare, yet delivered enthusiastically well done. If this steak had spent any more time cooking, it would've qualified for retirement benefits. For a restaurant serving steak, that's a pretty impressive miss. The fried chicken sandwich was so dry it felt like a personal challenge, but the fries, however, were excellent and completely carried the plate. The Slash & Burn trout was... there. Not bad, not great, just aggressively average. The funniest part was that the pork belly on the trout plate was the best thing about the dish. Imagine ordering fish and having the garnish steal the show?!? Speaking of drinks, both hard ciders on rotation (apple and huckleberry) were tried. Both were flatter than my enthusiasm by the end of the meal. Not terrible, just remarkably forgettable. Service was equally underwhelming. Our server was very soft-spoken, which isn't inherently a problem. The issue was that once our food took forever, the steak came out wrong, and menu items started disappearing from plates, he seemed to be scared to approach our table. Overall, this was one of those meals where every dish managed to be disappointing in its own unique way. The missing ingredients, overcooked steak, dry chicken, flat ciders, and avoidant server created a dining experience that felt less like a brewery and more like a very expensive exercise in lowering expectations. There are too many good restaurants around to spend your money here. I'd recommend eating literally anywhere else first, and if you do end up here, order the fries. They seem to be the only ones in the kitchen that know what they're doing."

"Super cool spot with great vibes. Our server was nice enough, but there was an extraordinarily long wait for our drinks and for our food. There were also multiple mix ups with our food orders. We assumed it was just an off day, but our server told us that’s how it typically is… The atmosphere made up for it though! We’d love to come back when the weather is a little warmer to sit out by the fire and enjoy our drinks."
